Restaurant with a breathtaking view in an idyllic setting in Strasbourg.
With its breathtaking view of the canal and cranes, the Blue Flamingo floating restaurant offers an idyllic setting in which to enjoy a fine meal. Sarah Zins offers refined, delicate cuisine inspired by flavors from around the world. The menu changes every three weeks, offering three starters, three main courses and three desserts, giving the chefs the opportunity to express their creativity using fresh, seasonal produce. For example, we sampled duck foie gras with black tea and mandarin condiment and a fine, invigorating jelly as a starter, and vegetable ravioli with teriyaki pakshoi, miso broth infused with lovage and candied ginger as a main course. A real delight!

Un grand merci pour votre retour positif ! En effet la formule déjeuner comporte un seul choix pour l'entrée mais si elle ne convient pas vous pouvez également choisir une des 3 entrées à la carte. Notre concept c'est une proposition réduite, mais du 100% fait maison avec de bon produits frais, et renouvelée très régulièrement :)
