The map offers a wide choice of fritures and grills (soy pasta, fried vegetables, fried shrimp ravioli) and soups (Thai seafood soup, Vietnamese soup to beef). Tong Yuen specializes in pékinoise-painted duck, live lobster, and dim sum (out of fried works and steam) but also offers flambées shrimp, seafood and steam gambas. Si vous cherchez à manger de la bonne nourriture et un vrai bon chinois, n’hésitez vous avez trouver le bon endroit!
J'ai pris seulement deux riz cantonais des 8 nems poulet et du canard laqué. le canard était sec et trop cuit et dur 33 € j'estime que le canard doit être bien cuit et mangeable. Le riz cantonais n'est pas incroyable et les nems sont super dur. Pour 33€ le jour de saint Valentin je ne recommande pas.
