Salambôo Amilkar offers a tour of specialties including meat, shrimp or egg, famous Forbach, aubergine caviar and entry salads. On the flat side, you can taste many couscous (vegetables, lamb, fish, pellets or haunts) or chicken with candied olives and lemons or raisins; lamb tajins to apricots, gardening skewers… Everything is tasty and very rich, but if you still have room to try the Carthage Cup, the iced orange or some oriental delicacies accompanied by mint tea that will digest you according to tradition. In addition to all these excellent dishes, the journey is complete thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of the service to the small care and not to any explanation.
