Located just a stone's throw from the cathedral, the Tire-Bouchon offers a warm welcome, with frescoes by André Bricka and marquetry by Spindler. The ambience is convivial, but if you'd like more privacy, there are four private lounges upstairs. At the table, Chef Brahim Chlouti regales us! Master restorer. Open all year round. Sunday to Thursday lunchtime from 11.30am to 10.30pm and evenings; Friday and Saturday from 11.30am to 11pm. 4 private lounges. Reservations recommended. Menus from €26.90 to €31.90. A la carte menu: approx. €20. Children's menu: €12.50 (up to age 12). Lunch menu: €10.50 (main course + starter or dessert). Wine by the glass. Le salle est effectivement un peu bruyante, ne pas hésiter à choisir sa table.
Choucroute excellente, munster coiffé (découverte) incroyabe et jarret grattiné succulent! Que dire des desserts … tout simplement bien présentés et délicieux, le tout avec un service aux petits soins !
