Authenticity! That's the motto of this 100% Alsatian winstub. Located just a stone's throw from the cathedral, the Tire-Bouchon offers a warm welcome, with frescoes by André Bricka and marquetry by Spindler. The ambience is convivial, but if you'd like more privacy, there are four private lounges upstairs. At the table, Chef Brahim Chlouti regales us! All sorts of tasty traditional Alsatian dishes await you!

Une très belle surprise au Tire Bouchon à Strasbourg. Service chaleureux et attentionné, une carte typique avec de délicieux petits plats généreux, le tout à des prix vraiment abordables pour la qualité. On sent une vraie envie de faire plaisir, sans chichi mais avec beaucoup de cœur. Un endroit à retenir et à recommander sans hésiter.

Went a bit outside of peak hours and it was lovely! Food was fantastic and the waiter was humorous and very relaxed.

Did not feel rushed at all to eat and really was able to sit back and enjoy!
