Located just a stone's throw from the cathedral, the Tire-Bouchon offers a warm welcome, with frescoes by André Bricka and marquetry by Spindler. Master restorer. Open all year round. Sunday to Thursday lunchtime from 11.30am to 10.30pm and evenings; Friday and Saturday from 11.30am to 11pm. 4 private lounges. Reservations recommended.
