Authenticity! That's the motto of this 100% Alsatian winstub. Located just a stone's throw from the cathedral, the Tire-Bouchon offers a warm welcome, with frescoes by André Bricka and marquetry by Spindler. The ambience is convivial, but if you'd like more privacy, there are four private lounges upstairs. At the table, Chef Brahim Chlouti regales us! All sorts of tasty traditional Alsatian dishes await you!
