Chef Émilien Meyer invites you to sample all the regional specialties he knows how to bring out perfectly, accompanied almost exclusively by Alsatian wines. Snails, bibeleskäs, jambonneau and, above all, the famous jambon en croûte... Not a single Alsatian specialty is forgotten here. What's more, the restaurant is located on Rue des Orfèvres, one of Strasbourg's most beautiful streets. With all these assets, you're bound to have a good time!
