In this welcoming winstub with its typical woodland setting, the emphasis is on Alsatian terroir, products from local farms and artisan winemakers. Everything is fresh and homemade. On the terrace or in the dining room dedicated to Raymond Waydelich, you can savour succulent dishes that are true regional recipes, the kind you can only taste at your grandparents' house. In season, game is particularly well represented. It's one of the specialties of Rachel, the restaurant's chef emeritus.

Service pas très attentif et aimable
L'endroit lui-même, moderne mais respectant la structure ancienne.
La nourriture était phénoménale. Très française, très alsacienne, faite avec un savoir-faire traditionnel. Tout était joliment et convenablement présenté.
Le service était à la fois professionnel et amical. Nous nous sommes laissés recommander les vins, ce qui a été une réussite.
J'ai bien mangé, je me suis senti bien. Si je reviens à Strasbourg, je reviendrai certainement dans ce restaurant.
