Situated a stone's throw from the beautiful and elegant, recently renovated and entirely pedestrianised Place Saint-Thomas, the Monceau is a modest restaurant, also serving as a café, which opens its doors for lunch as well as for sipping a small black coffee accompanied by sweet pastries. It is a good place to enjoy a meal in the dining room or on the terrace between noon and two. The menu offers many classics: mixed salads, potato pancakes decorated in various ways, various spaetzle pancakes, burgers, brochettes, tabs, trio of grilled meats, waedele, sauerkraut? serveurs impolis, ils ont oublié notre commande et nous ont fait attendre 30 minutes pour deux cappuccinos, les tasses étaient sales et les cappuccinos n'étaient pas bons. deux cappuccinos coûtaient 10 €, c'est insensé.

Nous sommes entrés parce qu'il y avait une lacune, ils ne savent pas ce qu'est le gluten, ni les ingrédients de leurs plats.
Au milieu du repas, un homme est entré dans la cuisine et a enfumé tout le restaurant. Il sortait quelque chose du feu et la situation était assez inconfortable, car il y avait beaucoup de fumée
