The Schnockeloch, literally "the mosquito hole", is typically Alsatian: smoked palette on sauerkraut, grilled knuckle of ham with munster cheese, poultry blanquette, fish sauerkraut, pork cheeks... The plates are carefully prepared and the team is friendly and welcoming. We love the chic decor without being stuffy, and the superb panoramic view of the city from the second floor, particularly pleasant in the evening. Located halfway between the station and the city center, the Schnockeloch is a good stopping-off point for tourists and locals alike.

Et je n'avais jamais mangé un ragoût avec des joues de bœuf comme ça, la viande était juste tendre !
La sélection de bières pourrait peut-être être élargie.
Malgré le personnel occupé, la commande a pris plus de temps.
Nous avons pris un filet de bœuf délicieux, tendre et savoureux.
Les serveurs étaient adorables et l'ambiance était vraiment agréable.
Le petit bémol pourrait être sur le prix assez élevé de la viande mais qui s'explique par le morceau, la qualité et l'emplacement.
