MUSEUM OF REGIONAL HISTORY

The Museum of History, opened in 1929, must-see, brings together huge collections of all kinds, a veritable succession of wonders: fine arts, archaeology, weapons, numismatics, ethnography, porcelain... It has two other departments: Military History (1A Pritomskaya Quay, in an unmistakable Soviet building, 200 RUB) and Nature (right next door, at 55. 200 RUB). The museum also organizes city tours by bus (from 1 810 RUB): a good way to explore Kemerovo.
