The inn par excellence! The establishment is housed in the manor house of a 19th century Biysk merchant. The room is superb, decorated with multitudes of antique objects. We serve you in traditional costume. Don't imagine a tourist trap: the place is charming (nice terrace in summer), the food is very comforting, not so cheap but not overpriced (veal cheek with red wine and juniper, 595 RUB). The menu makes you want to! You have a choice as well as some wines.
