FESTIVAL SIBÉRIEN DE SCULPTURE SUR NEIGE

A very impressive international festival created in 2000 by the Novosibirsk City Hall. The competition is open to children and adults. The latter have at their disposal a block of pressed snow 3 m high (1.50 m for children). Power tools are forbidden, and artists, if they let their imagination run wild, must respect a theme. The works, which are accompanied by a prize-giving ceremony and various events, are on display until the end of January. A must-see!
