VICTORY MONUMENT

28 m high, the obelisk pays tribute to the sacrifices of the inhabitants of Tioumen during the Second World War. Behind the obelisk, on a wall, bas-relief exalts the heroic spirit of the years of the world war: the Mother Motherland, an army of a sword, terrace the fascism symbolized by a deformed monster, while a group of men sang victory, freedom and triumph of the people. Portraits of heroes of the city remind their stories of weapons and an eternal flame burns in their memory.
