CHUM

The gastronomic restaurant Chum, one of the best in Russia, known for its originality, offers traditional dishes from the north of the country. For example stroganina (thin slices of fish - or meat - raw frozen) of muksun, sterlet and nelma served on a block of ice. The decoration reproduces the interior of various Siberian dwellings, such as the tchoum (hence its name?) or the isba. Lots of culinary frivolities not to be missed, like these absolutely divine mini rassolnik! The menu includes a visit to a mini-museum of Aboriginal traditions.
