The French Consul in Ekaterinburg is responsible for the administration and protection of the French community in his district. It exercises its consular powers in case of emergency. It explains what to do if you lose your identity or travel documents. It also puts you in touch with local care centres (at your expense). You have the right to contact him in case of arrest/incarceration.
