The property on a small height extends on both sides of the King's Highway. It was one of Outs's outs and the restaurant, The Anchorage, was its favorite. Marlin is a bungalow of three pieces of kitchen in which many chapters of the author's novels were written. There are beautiful sunsets and lights in Miami that glittering away at night.
