MONICA'S DIS & DAT BAKERY

The place doesn't necessarily look like much, and yet... It is undoubtedly the best bakery-pastry shop (and grocery store) on the island! Monica makes very good pineapple pies, as well as burgers and chicken wings for less than 5 US$. Pineapple is of course the main focus, as we are in her capital, but Monica uses the full range of local flavours to create her delicious pastries.
