FISH FRY

Friday night's must in Eleuthera (Saturday's is Tippy's). Freshly caught fish is ready to be cooked. From 7:30 pm onwards, the grills start to take shape with homemade conch salad and tutti chianti. To accompany the dishes, nothing like a fresh Kalik followed by a powerful Rum Bubba. Around the bar we chat, we toast to the beauty of the island. Later in the evening the sound equipment is installed outside and the party begins. It is the ideal place to meet Bahamians and vacationers in a good atmosphere.
