Fatty's fresh conch salad

Fatty is the king of Conch salad in Marsh Harbour! His pretty little colorful stand, right next to Colors restaurant, is a must and Fatty is there all day long to prepare his delicious specialty. The lambi is cut before your eyes, and while it marinates in a mixture of lemon juice and sea water, the vegetables are cut into tiny pieces before being mixed with a homemade sauce, hot or not, you choose. Delicious salad!
