VERSAILLES GARDEN AND FRENCH CLOISTERS

Somewhat pompously christened, these gardens, inspired by the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, are located on the southern edge of the island overlooking the waters of the port of Nassau in the Four Seasons property. Built in terraces, they are particularly beautiful seen from below. Their brightly coloured flowered terraces rise symmetrically up to the cloister, with ancient statues in the centre of each of them. However, don't expect the elegance of the original gardens.
