Located in a residential area just a stone's throw from the beach, behind the Chedi, this charming guesthouse has 10 well-decorated, spacious, air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. Two offer sea views and balconies, which should be reserved in advance. Olivier, a German who has lived in Muscat for many years, manages the house and is happy to advise travellers. The best thing about this address: its rooftop with a 180° view of the sea, superb at sunset! Parking, computers, wifi. Minimum 2-night booking.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein toller Ort für Erkundungen in Muscat. Gutes Frühstück, großes Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ganz besonders hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We loved everything about Lana Villa. Our room was incredible, beautiful fixtures and a view that brought joy every time you looked. We arrived so early off out flight and you could not have been kinder to us, this continued throughout our stay. We absolutely loved breakfast as we are travelling to many countries and to have something wholesome and delicious was such a bonus. We also got many tips off fellow travellers as you have created a kind and helpful atmosphere. Thank you

We did a fabulous hike behind the Mutra fort. We loved the restaurant Ocean the vegetarian curries were exquisite.

Wir haben dort nicht gewohnt aber gefrühstückt und unser Auto in Empfang genommen. Es war großartig und völlig unkompliziert! Super nettes Personal, dass alle unsere Wünsche (Kompressor, Messgerät) erfüllt hat und uns nach Abgabe des Wagens, zu einem super fairen Preis, sogar noch zum nächsten Hotel gefahren hat!
