Dinner in Bukhara is like going on a trip. In addition to a menu featuring authentic North Indian cuisine, the setting is also a change of scenery, Bollywood-style in a chic and contemporary version. The kitchen is open and glazed, the chef and waiters are all Indian, all very professional and willing to advise you in the choice of dishes and the intensity of the spices. Passing through any façade of the building, one comes across an impressive entrance, a porch entirely covered with brilliant mosaics that leads to a no less majestic room whose walls are covered with frescoes and whose ceilings are worked. Under the guidance of a local chef, the menu is rich, varied and typical: you can savour a moutabal as in the country, delicious chicken skewers marinated with labneh and saffron, divine kebabs. The only thing missing is a glass of Shiraz to accompany the dishes, which are also very hearty.
