Dinner in Bukhara is like going on a trip. In addition to a menu featuring authentic North Indian cuisine, the setting is also a change of scenery, Bollywood-style in a chic and contemporary version. The kitchen is open and glazed, the chef and waiters are Indian, all very professional and willing to advise you in the choice of dishes and the intensity of the spices. Eating with your hands is encouraged, aprons are then offered. Special mention for the Bhatti Ka Masala, a lobster marinated in Indian spices, grilled and smoked... a delight!
