Magnifico Douro offers two options for kayaking on the Douro, starting from the quay in Pinhão:

The rental of a kayak size XL for 2 people, 4h maximum. As much time to row freely. Very weak current. Departures between 10am and 6pm, every day from April to October

A trip in a rabelo, the traditional boat used to transport wine barrels to the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia to Tua, 12 kilometres away. From here, you are disembarked and returned to Pinhão. Departure every day from April to October, at 10.45am or 3pm
