The setting is simple, with little penguin figurines here and there, a nod to the name of the establishment whose origin remains a mystery: ask the owners in Portuguese or English for information in order to solve this enigma. The service is efficient and pleasant, as is the atmosphere, which is always friendly, whether or not there are people around. Excellent meal guaranteed and very reasonable prices.
