This place is dedicated to the history of the region, and more specifically to the culture of ovos taupe and is an interactive little museum through a guided tour. Generally group, it is discovered why-of-how ovos moles, and if you want to push the adventure further, it is possible to put the shoulder to the wheel to cook this speciality of Aveiro. An informative and sweet visit, which ends with the shop of sweets that overlooks the canal.
