Beneath the incredible vaulted ceiling of this former cellar, this upscale restaurant with its extensive à la carte menu offers mainly dishes based on hunting and local produce. This is an opportunity to sample some authentic dishes: hare stew, black pork, cabrito de caça frito (fried venison) and why not, for those with a sweet and sour taste, a succulent duck with raspberry sauce! Inventive dishes at reasonable prices: it's quite rare to be able to enjoy regional cuisine with a touch of originality.
