Located in the center of town, overlooking the Place do Gadanha, this excellent restaurant offers a varied menu with homemade recipes. Sabores das Maltezas also sells quality regional products, including wines, liqueurs, honey and cheeses. Among the specialties are several sure-fire favourites: carne à l'Alentejana, carne de porco ibérico and tapas. The plates are well presented and tempting, with the town of Estremoz in the spotlight.
