Travel Guide Tiffindell

Located at 2,700m in the southern Drakensberg at the foot of Mount Ben Mcdhui (3,001m) which marks the border with Lesotho, Tiffindell, which has only one ski lift and a few snow guns, is aimed at beginner skiers. Snowboarding and off-piste skiing are also available. You can also come here for the pleasure of skiing in Africa! Anoraks and wetsuits are available for hire, as well as skis, poles and boots. Children's club for the little ones. Frequent dance parties with lots of drinks, sometimes followed by torchlight descents. The ski season runs from June to September. It is advisable to book well in advance, as we often sell out.
