During this festival, the citadel of Cô Loa is the scene of spectacular processions and numerous religious rites.

In Cô Loa, 16 km north of Hanoi, this festival is celebrated in honor of King An Duong Vuong, who reigned from 214 to 208 B.C., creator of the kingdom of Âu Lac and of the citadel of Cô Loa. The citadel is then the scene of spectacular processions and many religious rites.
