Former colonial hotel on the Perfume River, built by a French businessman, Mr. Bogaert, in 1901.
On the banks of the Perfume River, an old colonial establishment built by a French businessman, Mr. Bogaert, in 1901. In 1907, the Morin Brothers acquired it and then enlarged and renovated it to make it the most beautiful hotel in Hue. Nowadays, the hotel - rebuilt - has a swimming pool. Inside, there is a very nice patio planted with century-old trees. The facade is spoiled by the presence of commercial signs but the hotel remains one of the best addresses in the city. The comfort of today and the charm of history.

Nous étions quatre membres d'une même famille et nous avons réserves 2 chambres pour 4 nuits. Cet hôtel, qui se trouve face à l'un des ponts qui traversaient la rivière des Parfums a un charme certain. Très grand établissement, très bien agencé; les chambres sont spacieuses et ne manquent rien pour le confort. Un personnel serviable sans forcement trop le démontrer. Petit déjeuner copieux -pas des jus naturelles- mais servi jusqu’à 9 hs 30; un peu juste si l'on aime se coucher tard. Coté critiques: accès à internet capricieux. Les chambres du premier étage sont bruyantes même très tôt le matin (a éviter); les balcons peu entretenus et la déco inexistante. Les prestations de l hôtel, telles que voitures, excursions sont chères.

Hôtel de charme colonial, spacieux avec des couloirs interminables tapissés par des anciennes photos. Les chambres sont belles et très bien placées. Nous étions au 3eme étage avec vue sur la rivière. La salle de bains est très moderne. Le petit déjeuner dans le jardin est superbe!
