Small establishment with the paces of canteen, famous for its 3 specialities, queens of the Hue gastronomy: banh beo, banh nam and banh loc. Steamed dishes, based on rice cakes and shrimps, to be discovered by unfolding the leaf of the zong tree that wrapped them during cooking. Spectacular, light and delicious. Apart from that on the menu, a large choice of local dishes, fresh beers at soft prices. Recommandé, à juste titre par le Petit Futé. Ne vous fiez pas au cadre ! Le Banh Nam : une feuille de banane qu'il faut ouvrir pour découvrir ce "petit roulé" aux crevettes et farine de riz est un délice. Le Banh Béo : petites galettes à base de farine riz cuites à la vapeur dans des coupelles accompagnées de crevettes émiettés est un régal.
