An experience to be avoided!!!!! We were entitled to a room with a view of a wall around 2m of the window, our online reservation not giving us this detail. Staff!!! insulting us in Vietnamese while they made us great English smiles and not including why you complained.
Admittedly, this hotel is well located but there are other options much nicer.
