Lake Danhim, at an altitude of 1042 m, was created following the construction of a dam completed in January 1964. Police sometimes restrict traffic in this area, where nature puts on a sumptuous show. For information on organizing hikes, please contact one of the Dà Lat agencies. Also on the Phan Rang road, in Ninh Son district (Ninh Thuân province), the Ngoan Muc (or Song Pha) pass offers, on a clear day, a splendid view over the coastal plain.
