Cruise with opportunity to visit the large Cai Be floating market

Pier near the market (D. Phan Boi Chau). There are a few fewer boats here since the closure of the Cat Bè floating market, but cruising along the Mekong is always a source of wonder. A number of cruises are available, including visits to farms and their orchid and fruit tree gardens, located on the islands of An Binh and Binh Hoa Phuoc, opposite Vinh Long. At An Binh Island, the river splits into two arms: the Tien and the Co Chien. The island offers a fine view of the My Thuan suspension bridge.

Un classique quand on est au vietnam, c'est toujours agréable de pouvoir faire une balade sur le fleuve et sortir du bruit des villes vietnamiennes. Attention tout de même à bien négocier le prix pour la croisière car certains n'hésitent pas augmenter les tarifs pour les touristes. La négociation est monnaie courante au Vietnam.

c'est la visite type de delta du mékong que tous les agences de voyages en proposent. Bien que j'y suis d'origine, j'ai quand même inscrit pour en montrer à mon mari francais. Une journée très chargéé d'activité et visite qui donne un regard relativement complet des activités de la vie locale

Le Delta du Mékong est la visite qui m'a le plus marquée et impressionnée: toutes ces maisons sur pilotis, les marchés flottants, etc. Nous avons également visité un parc national avec des mangroves, très calme et très naturel et également un village musulman. Je recommande fortement d'inclure cette visite lors de votre séjour au Vietnam.

The Mekong delta is a rather extraordinary place. Of course there are the famous floating markets, but it is preferable to seek has to approach them on small boats or balloté in the heart of the boats of traders, or you can enjoy at the café of the small bar on water and to buy some fruit.
There is also walks in the boat or scooter in the meanders of thousands of canals and there it is an unforgettable memory in the middle of orchards, lakes, rice fields, crossing the houses of all these people from the delta who, for the most part live at the edge of these canals.
