Outstanding service from people that actually cared. We didn't want to leave.

Four nights in March, and we had a lovely stay. Everyone from Front Desk, over Housekeeping, to staff by the beach or the pool were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The room was spacious and quiet. The food was excellent.
The beach front was, on the whole, slightly underwhelming, and the sand bags did nothing to enhance the charm, but this was a minor gripe.
Tip: Don't book tours through the hotel, as it wasn't worth the money.

Colonial style Hotel. Beautifully maintained in garden settings. From the moment you arrive you experience the attention from the staff that lasts for the duration of your vacation. A little bit of paradise.

As good as it gets. Small, boutique, 74 room French Colonial beachfront hotel. A stunning adult-only oasis right the middle of chaos. Can't do much better. Staff is amazing.

Just finished our 3 night stay at Phu Quoc. This was almost as perfect as a stay could get. Full points for the beautifully decorated room, elaborate breakfast spread, amazing location right in the middle of all restaurants, spas and laundromats. But the best of all were the staff and service- I have not seen any property operate with such efficiency and precision. They took my Dietary preferences during checkin and I did not have to once reiterate it during any of my meals through the stay. The events that they setup - the cooking class and the wine tasting were excellent as well.

Areas of improvement: I saw couple of other guests mentioning sunk mattresses - I had the same issue - despite them trying for two days, all the mattresses seem to be well past their replacement date. Hope the management pays attention and replaces them.

Secondly, the restaurants charge 65k for water - and this is not bottled water but just filled from a dispenser - a lot of the bottles did not seem to have been washed thoroughly. I am sure they can do better here - either not charge for dispenser water or better maintain the bottles.

Overall, these were minor issues. I cannot recommend this resort enough. We loved our stay here. The staff are the best - they are professional and go out of their way to help you in every way. Convey our regards to the reception, housekeeping, chef, restaurant and the beach staff.
