It is said to be one of the cheapest starred restaurants in Europe! The proof is in the Raíces menu, which offers three appetizers, two starters, a fish dish and a dessert, among other things, at affordable prices. In total, there are three tasting menus composed of a variety of dishes that change with the seasons. Behind the stoves, the duo formed by Julio Sotomayor and Daniel Guzmán show both inventiveness to elaborate a local cuisine. Des produits locaux revisités à la sauce 1 étoile
Restaurant gastronomique au service et à l’accueil impeccables. A chaque visite le même enchantement. Les produits locaux de Galice sont revisités et modernisés. Le pain et le vin sont excellents.
