Domaines viticoles La Guardia – A Guarda

The estate is located in the valley of Salnés, in the heart of the Rias Baixas. The magnificent building stands out for its blue tiles in neoclassical style, contrasting with the green of the 14 hectares of vineyards that surround it. The grapes ripen under the influence of the sea breezes and the granite soil of the area. The wines are elegant and bring fine touches of minerality. The white wine Granbazan Etiqueta Verde, made from 100% of the local Albarino grape variety, goes divinely well with Caldereta, a typical lobster bouillabaisse of the region.
