Valérie and Frédéric, originally from Lorraine, fell in love with the Auvergne region thanks to a documentary. In 2003, they settled in Vertolaye and opened this hotel-restaurant with astonishing services: seven impeccable rooms, equipped with brand new furniture, excellent quality bedding and a bathroom. The restaurant is not to be outdone: a sober but effective menu, with dishes made from fresh products from local producers.

Hôtel trop cher, chambre petite, salle de bain vétuste. Climatisation en option pour 5€ de plus . Chambre propre et bonne literie. Bon Petit déjeuner.

Très Belle Surprise au hasard de la route . L’hôtellerie et la restauration que j’aime. Les patrons sont très sympathiques et aiment leurs métiers. Nous sommes dans le vrai. Bonne cuisine, bon vin, bonne literie, bon petit déjeuner et bel accueil que demander de plus ….
