This foie gras house has existed for more than 20 years. Lucien Doriath invites you to meet him a few kilometers north of Strasbourg, on the Alsace Wine Route. There, between tradition and modernity, the store and the restaurant make you discover one of the jewels of Alsatian gastronomy: foie gras. The Muscovy ducks are force-fed in the traditional way, exclusively with whole corn. The restaurant is the only one in the region to specialize in foie gras!

J'adore
J'y vais tous les ans avec ma grand mère pour notre commande de foie gras des fêtes, on en profite pour déjeuner la bas. On choisi notre journée en fonction du menu gastronomique du jour (catalogue disponible sur leur site, ou sur leur page FB sur demande). Excellent restaurant où le rapport qualité prix est + que bon. Le personnel est disponible et souriant Je recommande vivement ce lieu
