The Biblenhof is a delightful inn with tasty cuisine, both gastronomic and winstub. The menu is seasonal and changes regularly. Depending on the season, you can enjoy poached foie gras, royal Alsatian sauerkraut, rack and cromesquis of pork with gratin dauphinois, tournedos of pike-perch in marrow crust, or the famous black forest, on the terrace in summer and by the fireplace in winter. Belle découverte, accueil très professionnel, temps d'attente correct. En voyant le restaurant quasi complet à notre arrivée je m'attendais à passer beaucoup de temps à attendre, eh ben non....15 minutes pour la prise de commande et environ 15 minutes pour être servi. Les plats sont généreux et délicieux, le cadre est très agréable et chaleureux, le personnel avenant. Point négatif: ma fille a pris un burger, excellent sauf le pain trop dur...le parking est horrible, terre, herbe, boue, flaques d'eau, aucun éclairage.....un peu de gravier et un minimum de lumière serait bienvenus.
