A church in Ezcaray with monumental dimensions and reddish ashlar walls.
Erected in the 15th century on the remains of an old Romanesque building dating from the 12th century, this fortress-church is characterized by its monumental dimensions and its reddish dressed stone walls, typical of the region. Its interior is noteworthy for its magnificent 16th-century Spanish-Flemish altarpiece, a style that was predominant during the time of the Catholic Monarchs. A small museum preserves works of art collected in the churches of the neighbouring towns
