The gastronomic project at Hotel Alma Pamplona, led by chef Leandro Gil, includes: A La Biblioteca (1 Michelin star 2019, 2 Sol Repsol 2023), for a personalized experience for ten around the plant world with a modern vision that respects the region's culinary traditions. The other address, Alma Restaurant (1 Sol Repsol 2023), revisits Navarrese cuisine along three axes: traditional stews, Ribera vegetables and grilled meat.

Like the soul of the cuisine of all roots, Leandro Gil's gastronomy respects its origins in its recipes and products. Nominated for the chef revelation of the year (Madrid Fusión 2018), he reinterprets with elegance and deep respect the best vegetables of the Navarrese river.
