This is a friendly and well located restaurant with a lively atmosphere. As the name suggests, you can enjoy a wide variety of quality hams. The menu also includes pan-fried clams, grilled lamb chops, cod in ruby sauce and grilled salmon. The restaurant also offers daily and tasting menus as well as a variety of desserts for those with a sweet tooth. On sunny days, enjoy the covered outdoor terrace and on cooler days, the modern lounge on the ground floor.

Don Jamon nous a accueilli comme des rois. Moi et des collègues, on s'est senti comme chez nous. C'est un des meilleurs endroits à Palencia.
