In this Michelin-starred restaurant in 2018, the menus change with each season, offering dishes delicately concocted with local produce. The chef Victor Martin, who opened this sober and elegant space in 2007, relies on the quality of the products, carefully chosen from local producers recognized by the "Tierra de Sabor" brand. His dishes are refined, decorated with the utmost care and the service led by his wife Noemí Martínez is impeccable. We also appreciate the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, coupled with the professionalism of the house.
