Founded in 1905, Café Novelty is the oldest establishment in Salamanca. And, since its foundation, it has been a success story. Le Novelty is the meeting point for the city's writers and artists. Its large terrace on the Plaza Mayor is an emblematic place in the city of Castilla y León. On the menu, you can enjoy the essential chocolate churros for breakfast, croquetas (very good) and other tapas at aperitif time or more consistent specialities such as Salamanca veal with asparagus.
