Hotel offering junior suites overlooking a delightful labyrinth garden
This prestigious parador, one of the most beautiful in Spain, occupies the building of what was once a convent, converted into a hospital for pilgrims on their way to Compostela. Behind the beautiful plateresque façade flanked by classical medallions, the monumental complex rebuilt in the 16th century contains a Spanish Gothic style church, a cloister and a sacristy converted into an archaeological museum. The interior of the parador houses innumerable works of art and paintings, especially from the Flemish school. The rooms match the magnificence of the exterior.

Bâtiment magnifique. Service très lent. Plats irréguliers. Bons vins. Décevant pour un restau gastronomique dans un tél décor. Prix très raisonnables

Très bel établissement, demander de préférence une chambre dans le partie ancienne plus authentique. Petit-déjeuner pantagruélique digne d'un parador. Une bonne adresse plutôt bon marché pour un parador

Du silence et de l’air climatisé après un journée de tourisme par 30° c’est très agréable.
La salade en entrée était fraîche et croquante, le boudin excellent.
Le poulpe frit était moelleux et pas du tout caoutchouteux, un régal.
Les parts sont très copieuses.
Une très bonne pause, gastronomique et dans les moyenne de prix indiquées par la Fourchette.
Je recommande pour les touristes qui veulent un peu de calme loin de l’agitation des foules.
