Dominio de Cair is in the Ribera del Duero appellation, a region known for its wines with strong character. The 85 hectares of vineyards are fed by clay-limestone soil and a mixture of sand and gravel. The resulting wines express the complexity of the terroir through an array of flavors. Selección Familia is a red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, with an alternating berry and spice flavor, which is a divine accompaniment to a game-based dish. The winery offers a guided tour and wine tasting accompanied by tapas and local chorizo.
